Lamborghini’s First Project in Europe

Lamborghini designed villas

Branded residences are making their mark around the world, with the Costa del Sol being one of the first European destinations to enter a space previously dominated by the US and UAE.
Sports car brand Lamborghini and developer Dar Global is developing 53 villas that will overlook the Mediterranean near Marbella on the south coast of Spain. Named Tierra Viva, the development will consist of 53 two-storey villas on a hillside in the town of Benahavís near Marbella.
“The design is directly inspired by the brand's supercars, with interiors enriched by sophisticated finishes inspired by the Lamborghini style," said their CEO Stephan Winkelmann in an announcement
The villas in this project will feature four, five, or six bedrooms, with two floors of living space situated above a basement or garage.
Each villa will include two swimming pools with Mediterranean views, multiple terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and marble flooring throughout.

Interior inspired by the Lamborghini DNA

The developer Dar Global quotes, “Like precious stones, the 53 exclusive villas at Tierra Viva gently emerge from the landscape. They are meticulously positioned at varying elevations on the hills to ensure every villa enjoys uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea."
Adding to its exclusivity, these villas are limited releases, with each one featuring its own sky garage. Meaning, you can have your own Lamborghini as part of the decoration in your own house.

A Lamborghini in your living room

This development marks the latest in a series of residential projects launched by luxury car brands. Where we have seen this trend being very popular in the United States in places like Miami and New York, and in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
We are clearly seeing the trend of luxury car brands moving into high-end homes, including Bentley, Bugatti, Aston Martin and Porsche. “Now with Lamborghini developing in Marbella, this trend has officially reached Europe” says Adi Sofradzija from Amea.

Views over the Mediterranean ocean

It's no accident that Marbella is the chosen launchpad for these projects. In recent years, Marbella has evolved into a year-round destination, attracting more residents and leisure visitors alike. "We noticed a similar trend in Miami a few years back. Miami has become the go-to spot in the U.S., and now the same is happening with Marbella in Europe," Adi explains.
Price? The Lamborghini villas start from 3.600.000€
