Caroline Tigerfeldt brings a deep connection to the Costa del Sol and a strong track record in Marbella’s luxury real estate market. Originally from Helsingborg, Sweden, Caroline spent much of her childhood in the region, as her grandparents resided here during the winter months. Drawn by the climate and lifestyle, she made the move permanent and has since established herself as a trusted advisor to international buyers.

Since becoming a real estate agent in Marbella in 2022, Caroline has successfully sold over 40 properties, accumulating a total sales volume of €50 million. Previously working with Edward & Partners, she has built a strong client base across Scandinavia and beyond. Her largest transaction to date stands at €7 million, a testament to her expertise in high-value property sales.

Outside of real estate, Caroline enjoys horseback riding, fitness, fine dining, hiking, and traveling—activities that complement her passion for the vibrant Mediterranean lifestyle.
