The announcement, which comes on the heels of Marbella's recognition in the esteemed Forbes magazine, underscores the city's standing as a premier destination in Europe, drawing visitors from far and wide.
The decision, fueled by the votes of over one million travelers hailing from 172 countries and spanning more than 500 destinations globally, solidifies Marbella's reputation as a top-tier choice for discerning travelers. In a showdown against illustrious European counterparts including Monaco, Florence, Madeira, and London, Marbella emerged triumphant, clinching the coveted title.
This accolade marks a significant milestone for the prestigious award, with Marbella garnering the highest number of votes in its history, totaling an impressive 149,192. Such overwhelming support further underscores the city's enduring appeal and popularity among global travelers.
